Beagle Hardware Extended Warranty

Refurbished Product

Every refurbished product purchased from Beagle Hardware comes with a standard warranty. You have the option of extending that warranty. Refurbished Epson printers have a 90-day warranty. This is a return to depot warranty. You have the option upgrading that warranty for a full year (part number POSW1). This includes ground shipping to and from your facility (Continental US), but does not include us sending advance replacement units (see the Extended Service Plan, below)

New Product

Epson Printers
Every new Epson printer comes with a standard depot warranty. The warranty period for new printers is 1, 2, or 4 years, depending on the model. You have the option of extending or upgrading that warranty.

Standard warranty is a return to depot warranty. The average turnaround for the repaired printer is 3 – 5 days from receipt of the printer.


Beagle Hardware Extended Service Plan

Beagle Software Extended Service Plan for new and refurbished Epson POS printers offers an extended service plan to keep you up and running.

The plan is designed to provide quick response and quick action on any printer specific service problems that arise.

  

Extended Service Plan:

  • Coverage for printer and power supply supplied by us.

  • Next-business-day (in Continental US) advance replacement shipped to end user if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting.

  • Toll-free phone hardware support available 8 AM to 6 PM CST M-F

  • Email software and hardware support available 7 AM to 10 PM CST M-F and 9 AM to 5 PM CST Sa, Su, Holidays

  • Limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship

   

Plan does not cover (all plans):

  • Host computer system or peripherals

  • Software, including software drivers and operating system

  • Installation or replacement of consumables including printer ribbons and paper

  • On-site reinstallation, transfer or relocation of hardware or

  • software.

  • Loss or damage from theft or vandalism

  • Problems that result from:

    • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power

    • Damage, losses, defects or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other Acts of God.

    • Servicing not authorized by Beagle Software

    • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions

    • Failure to follow the product instructions

    • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Beagle Software

    • Products with missing or altered serial numbers
