- Notify Beagle Hardware you would like to
trade-in your printer as part of your purchase.
Beagle Hardware will tag your order as eligible for
a trade-in.
- When your order arrives, locate the UPS or FedEx return
label (see sample)
- Affix the return shipping label over the
original shipping label on your package and reseal
it for shipment. If your original package is
unusable, please use similar packaging with
sufficient packaging protection. Do not place a
printer alone in an empty box.
- If using a UPS label, drop off the package at any UPS delivery or
pickup address, such as The UPS Store, Mailboxes
Etc., Pak Mail, Staples, Office Depot, Packaging
Stores, Postal Annex or Postnet, Parcel Plus, etc.
For UPS drop-off locations or authorized shipping
outlets, call 1-800-PICK-UPS or visit
www.ups.com.
Printers with FedEx labels can be dropped at any
Kinko's (FedEx Office), OfficeMax, Postnet, etc. or
call 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
- Retain the tracking number for your
records.
- After we receive the printer we will credit your
credit card (or account) the agreed upon amount for
the trade-in.

Please Note: Not all orders will receive a returns label. If you need
a return label, call Customer Service at 1-866-574-7142 . All
return for service items must first obtain an RMA number from Beagle
Hardware.
