| The Beagle Hardware Print Alarm works as print alarm.
When plugged into the back of an any Epson TM series printer it
provides an audible alarm whenever a slip is printed (no cash
drawer required). It can also sound an external alarm,
light a light or trigger external devices. With programmable intervals
and alarm modes it is our most versatile and useful alarm. It is available in
four versions: two that work off the open drawer command (drawer-driven) , the other two
sense that a document has been printed. The print alarm versions include a loud 96 dB buzzer that sounds when a document is printed . The relay versions is triggered in the same manner as the print alarm
versions, but can turn off or on external devices such as a light or bell.
Trigger Options
Auto Sense Trigger
Exclusive to Beagle Hardware is our Auto Sense buzzer that monitors the
electrical activity of the printer. When a document is printed, the
sensor sounds the alarm.
Drawer Kick Trigger
The standard buzzer is operated from the drawer kick (DK) port. The
alarm sounds when the open drawer command is sent to the printer. This
can usually done in the software by pretending there is a cash drawer
connected to the printer.

Print Alarm Versions
The Beagle Hardware Print Alarm provides a audible buzz every time a document is
printed. The auto sense plugs inline with the printer power
cord. The drawer kick version also plugs into the cash drawer port on
the back of most any POS printer.
Relay Versions
When you want to tie printer activity to an outside device then the
relay version offers the ability to turn on (or off) a device when
something is printed. You can add external buzzers, alarms, lights, etc
using the sensor to activate. Relay switch contacts are rated 10 Amp
125VAC.
