Beagle Hardware has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the web sites www.beaglesoft.com, www.beaglehardware.com, and www.atomictimeclock.com. This site follows TRUSTe guidelines for secure data and full disclosure on how the secure information is used.

Use of Secure Information
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We use cookies in the ClockWatch demonstration to store the clock accuracy of demo participants. Cookies are not used in any other way at our site.
Beagle Software has never, and will never, share your secure information with any other company.
Our site uses order forms for customers to request information and order products. We collect visitors' contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their credit card numbers) solely to fulfill their requests. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Warranty Coverage All new hardware products sold by Beagle Hardware carry a one-year Limited Warranty (90-day for refurbished products) from the original manufacturer or Beagle Hardware. The manufacturers warranty will take precedence over Beagle Hardware's warranty, if applicable to the sale.
Beagle Hardware's Limited Warranty Within one year of the purchase date (90-days for refurbished products), Beagle Hardware will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product. The Limited Warranty is void if the product has be subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Beagle Hardware or its authorized agent; or if the failure is caused by accident, disaster, or other causes beyond the control of Beagle Hardware or the manufacturer. Neglect, misuse and abuse shall include any installation, operation, or maintenance of the product other than in accordance with the user’s manual. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever. Beagle Hardware reserves the right to make changes or improvements in any product without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) To initiate the RMA process contact Beagle Hardware by phone, fax or email. Beagle Hardware will then contact you, confirm the information and issue an RMA. Hardware must be returned to Beagle Hardware at the address listed at the top of this page. Put the RMA number on the shipping label. Returned hardware items must be received promptly at Beagle Hardware after the RMA is issued:
- Customers must return the product within 14 days of receiving an RMA.
Return Procedure For any Guarantee or Limited Warranty return, first contact Beagle Hardware to obtain an RMA. Please note the following:
- Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer, and the customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier in transit.
- Returns for Warranty must include documentation of the failure/service issue for each unit, by serial number(s).
- Include a contact name email address and/or daytime phone number for Beagle Hardware to use for clarification.
- To reduce risk of damage, returns of product must be in the original packaging or equivalent. Don't place an item in a box without proper cushioning!
Beagle Hardware owns all parts removed from repaired products. Beagle Hardware uses new and reconditioned parts in performing warranty repairs. If Beagle Hardware repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended. Beagle Hardware will normally return replaced or repaired items via ground service. Alternatives to this are available at an additional charge.
Refunds In order to receive a refund on a product for the purchase price, the product must not have been damaged by the customer or by the courier chosen by the customer to return the goods. The product must be returned in complete condition; all cables, manuals, software, and original packaging must be included. The product must be in as-new or re-saleable condition to qualify for refund. Items not in re-saleable condition, may be charged a restocking fee or returned to the customer. Refunds are not issued for shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed after the product is received in good (as-new or re-saleable) condition at Beagle Hardware.
Restocking Charges Product items returned after 30 days and before 60 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. Additional charges may apply for damaged or missing parts. Products returned after 60 days from the date of purchase, or products that are not returned in as-new or re-saleable condition, do not qualify for refund or credit and will be returned to the customer.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Beagle Hardware be liable for any defect in hardware, software, loss or inadequacy of data of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the performance or used of any product furnished hereunder. Beagle Hardware liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product purchased hereunder. The foregoing limitation of liability shall be equally applicable to any service provided by Beagle Hardware or its authorized agent.
