Beagle Hardware Terms and Conditions
Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or bank transfer. All payments
must be made in US dollars. A $10.00 service charge is applied for any
funds transfer order of less than $150.00. Checks returned to Beagle
Hardware due to Non-Sufficient Funds are subject to a $25.00 service
(NET 30 days from invoice date) are available to qualified companies,
with a minimum order amount of $100. Buyers who are granted payment
terms agree to accept a late-payment finance charge of 1.5% or the
maximum charge permitted by law, assessed against all accounts with past
prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice;
current pricing is updated at
www.beaglehardware.com. Prices stated on the invoice are NET F.O.B.
shipping point (Minneapolis, MN USA) and do not include federal, state
or local taxes. On orders for export: importation duties, taxes and fees
are not included. Shipping charges are separately stated. Ownership and
risk of loss pass from Beagle Hardware to the Buyer at delivery by
common carrier. Published prices are subject to change without notice.
Beagle Hardware is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes
for the state, counties and cities of Minnesota. Companies, individuals
and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with
their resale certificate by email to

All prices are FOB Destination. For overnight shipments, please call

will be made via US Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx or other common carrier.
Beagle Hardware may change carriers at its own discretion. The buyer
agrees that it will not hold Beagle Hardware accountable for delays in
delivery occasioned by weather or other circumstances over which we have
no direct control.
Damage or Shortages:
All packages should be opened and inspected immediately upon receipt.
The buyer must make claims of shortages, errors or damage in email or
writing to Beagle Hardware within 10 business days after receipt.

Beagle Hardware does not normally issue refunds for purchases of
downloaded Hardware that is available with a 30-day trial. In some
special cases, a refund may be offered. In these cases the buyer must
agree in writing to uninstall all Hardware and return any CD-ROM and/or
user guide. Upon receipt of these items the refund will be issued to
the purchasing credit card (or by check).
Hardware offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all orders that
include hardware (including PC cards, printers, GPS and radio
receivers). The buyer must first obtain an RMA number from Beagle
Hardware before returning any merchandise. In order to receive a refund
on a product for the purchase price, the product must not have been
damaged by the buyer or by the courier chosen by the buyer to return the
goods. The product must be returned in complete condition, meaning that
all cables, manuals, Hardware, etc., are included. The product must be
in as-new or resalable condition to qualify for refund. Refunds are not
issued for shipping charges.

Warranty (hardware orders only):
Hardware warrants that the product perform in accordance with the
included documentation for a period of 1 year (90 days for refurbished
hardware) from the date of receipt and that Beagle Hardware will, at its
own discretion, make commercially reasonable efforts to solve any
problem issues. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the product
has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication.

Limitation of Liability:
Hardware, accompanying files and hardware products are sold “as is” and
without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other
warranties whether expressed or implied. No warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose is offered. Good data processing procedure dictates
that any Hardware program is thoroughly tested before relying on it.
The buyer must assume the entire risk of using the Hardware program.
Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product
replacement or refund of purchase price.
