We will send you a pre-paid return label by email
Put the printer in the box with packing material. Please wrap the printer and fill the voids in the box. You can keep ribbons, paper, cables and power supplies. Include a written description of the problem (if known)
Affix the supplied label on the box. The carrier will pick up on their next visit, or you can drop the printer off at local drop location.
Turn around time for a repair Is 5-7 business days after we receive it. Allow for shipping time to get back to you.
