How it works

1. Buy the flat rate item for the model terminal you have from the list below.
2. We will send you a pre-paid return label by email
3. Separate the terminal from stand. Put the terminal in the box with packing material. Important: be sure to wrap the terminal fully in bubble wrap. You can keep cables and power cord. Include a written description of the problem (if known)
4. Affix the supplied label on the box.
5. Turn around time for a repair Is 5-7 business days after we receive it. Allow for shipping time to get back to you.
